Why is it worth working
AT PERLA?
I've been working at Perla for 16 years, and that's probably the best proof that I really like what I do and the people I get to spend time with here every day. I also actively participate in company life and every year I get involved in organizing the big team-building event where we all have the chance to get to know each other better. In my free time, I enjoy getting involved in events related to Słupsk and its residents, and I also spend time with my daughter and our dog Kira, who we love taking on long walks.

Beata | shift supervisor

I've been working at Perla for 3 years, during which I've been promoted twice, and this gives me great satisfaction and motivates me to action. On a daily basis, I work with data that I like to organize and analyze. I value working here because I can easily balance it with my private life - I have time for family and to pursue my hobby, which is long-distance running and all kinds of physical activity.

Wiola | office worker

I've been working at Perla for 2 years. I started as a stuffer, but after a year I got promoted to scanner operator. I like this place, my coworkers, and I appreciate our supervisors who are always understanding and helpful. After work, I travel and explore the world.

Recruitment FAQ
1.

How many stages does the recruitment process consist of?

For production positions, we usually make a decision about cooperation after the first meeting. If you're applying for a specialist position, we may invite you to two interviews. After the first one, we select 2-3 people for the next stage, after which a decision is made.

2.

Does the recruitment interview take place at the company, or is it possible to conduct it online?

We prefer face-to-face meetings at the company headquarters, however, if you have quite a distance to travel to us, there's nothing stopping us from meeting online. Before making a decision, however, we encourage candidates to visit the company.

3.

Will I get information if I don't advance to the next stage of recruitment?

Yes. If we decide not to invite you for an interview, you will receive an automatic email with information from us. If after the interview we decide not to proceed with another meeting or decide that we won't pursue cooperation, you will receive a phone call from us.

4.

The position I'm interested in is not on the website. Can I still send my CV?

Yes, provided that when sending your data you check the consent for data processing in future recruitment projects.

5.

What is the form of employment?

It depends on the position we're recruiting for. We offer employment contracts, however, in selected cases we may pursue B2B cooperation.

6.

What are the working hours?

It depends on the position. In administrative and office work, we start work between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM and finish between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM

7.

Is remote work possible?

In exceptional cases we allow this possibility, however, we prefer on-site work due to processes that usually require presence at the company headquarters.
